All livestock are randomly catch no viewing/choosing
As we are dealing with live fishes there will be times when fishes are not in good condition and we do not want to sell sick fishes to our customers, we will inform you when such situations occur. You may choose to either receive a full refund or change your orders.
In the event that livestock is dead upon delivery, chat with us immediately with a photo evidence in the original bag and we will give you a full refund.
Please note that some fish may be in limited supply or out of stock. If this happens, we kindly ask for your patience while we restock. If we're unable to fulfill your order promptly, we will contact you to suggest alternatives or arrange a refund.
