Thai Micro Crabs are among the smallest crab species, making them ideal for nano and planted aquariums. These peaceful freshwater crabs reach only 1-1.5cm and thrive in well-established tanks with plenty of hiding spots among plants and driftwood. They're detritivores that help maintain tank cleanliness by consuming algae, decaying matter, and uneaten food. Limnopilos naiyanetri prefer stable water conditions with temperatures between 22-26°C and slightly acidic to neutral pH. Their diminutive size and non-aggressive nature make them excellent community tank inhabitants, though they should be kept away from predatory fish species.
